Revel in Scares at the Burbank Convention Center in September

This undead event will be happening on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, September 15-17. Head to Burbank Convention Center and prepare for an exciting exploration of fear in different mediums, including art, movies, TV, and music.

Here are events to check out during the monster convention.

Son of Conjoined

MONSTERPALOOZAThis exhibition will feature art and sculpture from a variety of creators all looking to give you goose bumps. An atmospheric setting will make this display incredibly eerie. You can see it all weekend long and get your heart racing.

Costume Contest

The Costume Contest is one of the most anticipated parts of the whole monster event. There will be celebrity judges, cash prizes, and lots of creativity, as all costumes must be hand-made. Don’t forget to look out for Dead Elvis wandering around the venue!

Island of Lost Souls

The horror classic Island of Lost Souls, starring Bela Lugosi, has a new, award-winning score composed by Jay Woelfel. Watch a screening of the film on Friday evening and stick around after for a Q&A with Bela Lugosi, Jr., and Jay Woelfel.

For ultimate convenience, book your stay with us at Los Angeles Marriott Burbank Airport Hotel if you’ll be heading to this monster event. You’re sure to have a scary-good time!
