Voted America’s Best Theme Park Halloween Event for three years running, Fright Fest is set to return for its 2018 season!
If you’re one of the many who can’t get enough of Halloween, we suggest taking a trip to Six Flag Magic Mountain Fright Fest (select days from September 15th through October 28th). If you’re unsure if this yearly offering will be a trick or treat for you, we have compiled a list of five reasons to venture out to the park this fall!
First, no matter your age, wear a costume! You won’t feel out of place amongst the monsters lurking around every corner. You don’t want to be an easy mark for the ghouls greeting you throughout the park.
Second, during the day the scares are contained to the rides! The Halloween feeling is still felt throughout the park during the daytime hours. But the only true frights will be from the scream-inducing euphoria of the rides and coasters.
Third, the scare zones will have you sleeping with one eye open the rest of the year! From the unruly comic characters in “City Under Siege” to the zombies that have risen at “Exile Hill”, no place is safe when the night falls in these seven designated zones!
Fourth, the haunted mazes will not only cause you to lose your way, but your mind as well! You’ll never know what is around the next corner of the park’s signature five mazes. One of the most popular, Red’s Revenge, brings the fairy tale of Little Red Riding Hood to life with a scare-inducing twist!
Last, but not least, take in their signature monstertainment! From the comical stage show, High Sierra Hypnotist to the spirited dance party at Voodoo Nights, there’s some form of fright-filled fun for everyone!
Where to stay!
