Don’t Miss Out on Running Universal!!

Who knew that the path to wellness could be such “despicable” fun?

Many of you have probably seen or even ran in your local 5K events, from the various charity walk/runs to the ever-popular annual “Turkey Trots” each November. But now is your chance to take part in a new style of race that we know will have you sprinting to register as soon as you can! Imagine getting the chance to run through Hogwarts, sprint past Springfield U.S.A, all with your favorite Minions by your side!

Running UniversalThis dream-like scenario is about to come true for the lucky ones who sign up for the inaugural Running Universal 5K this May at Universal Studios Hollywood! The overwhelming outpouring of support caused the originally one-day event to sell out in record time. Even if you are not one of those who registered early for the May 11 date, fear not as the organizers have added a second day to the event (May 12).

The standard ticket gets you entered into the race as well as some bonus “swag” for competing and finishing the course, including a medal, T-shirt, and Minion pin. You can upgrade to a VIP package which includes bonus extras like a breakfast on the day of your race at CityWalk and a meet and greet with the Minions themselves. All registered runners have the option of buying tickets to the park at a reduced fee. And your supporters can even come and cheer you on with their own special ticket, gifting them a commemorative Minions cap and backpack.

So when you race on over to reserve your spot, be sure to also book your stay with us at the Los Angeles Marriott Burbank Airport Hotel. Located less than five miles away from Universal Studios Hollywood, our spacious guest rooms and suites are the perfect place to kick up your feet and celebrate your victory! Talk about the perfect Hollywood ending!
